R.J. Lowery is a consultant, coach, speaker and entrepreneur. He's also the founder and CIO (Chief Image Officer) of Your Expert Image & creator of BIZ. IMAGE 1.0 and Dress To Attract Success.

There are just some people that have a unique ability to succeed at the game of life. There's an even smaller group of people that can succeed personally and then also inspire others to do the same. R.J. Lowery is one of those few.

R.J.'s high school and college years were filled with numerous successful leadership position's in athletics, arts and service organizations. His sales skills were discovered and honed as he spent 5 summers paying his way through college selling books door-to-door with the 155-year-old Southwestern Company. He finished his stint as one of the company's elite group of individuals who was a top sales performer, top recruiter and a top leader all at the same time! Because of all of these successes, R.J. was selected to be a founding member of the Ohio University, College of Business's Corporate Leadership Program. This unique program was initiated to showcase the outstanding seniors to prominent alumni and is still in existence today.

After graduation, he chose to employ his star abilities in a unique sales and leadership position as an Image Consultant and Executive Haberdasher with the worlds largest custom clothing company, the Tom James Company. Not coming from a well to do family, R.J. relished the idea of calling on and gleaning wisdom from leaders in the fields of business, politics, law, medicine and non-profit. Through his innate desire to serve, these same people that he looked to learn from, actually came to consider him a trusted adviser and friend. He quickly rose through the ranks of salespeople at Tom James to achieve the company's President's Honor Club, President's Club, President's Cabinet and President's Executive Club. Amazingly, in 2010, in the midst of the worst economic condition since the Great Depression, R.J. had his best year ever and was ranked in the top 5% in the world. His Leadership successes are much the same, as he recruited and developed many President's Club members and top performers. Of special note, his leadership resulted in the Columbus office being ranked #6 in the world (out of over 100 offices) and his promotion to Regional Vice-President.

After this very successful 20-year career in corporate America, R.J. followed the urgings of many to broaden his platform and serve even more! So, on July 4th, 2011 he struck out on his own and opened a Coaching and Consulting business called Your Expert Image. He specializes in energizing and leading people to ATTRACT greater levels of success in all areas of their life! So whether an individual is looking to re-craft their professional image, increase their sales, lead more effectively, make more money or just live a better life of balance, R.J. can help. He's equally effective in large groups as a workshop leader or keynote speaker. In today's world of negativity, his boundless enthusiasm and the timeless truths he shares are an absolute breath of fresh air!
